Packers News · Fremont Drops Conference Match to Reed City, 1-2

The Fremont Packers took on the Coyotes from Reed City to determine 3rd and 4th place in the conference on Monday evening.  Reed City’s Karlie Kearns was awarded a PK in the first half making to give the Coyotes the lead.  Paige Kinsey knotted the match at 1-1 with 7 minutes remaining in the half on a ball from Natalie Jamieson.  Kearns put Reed City up for good with 20 minutes to play in the match to give the Coyotes 3rd place in the conference.  Olivia Johnson made 3 saves on 4 shots from Reed City while Audrey Johnson made 8 saves on 10 shots for the Packers.  Fremont dropped to 7-4-4 overall and 4-3-1 in the conference while Reed City improved to 11-1-3 overall and 5-1-1 in the conference.
